Langland CTE is seeking an Account Director to join our team. As an Account Director, you will have primary responsibility for the strategic development and direction of a portfolio of accounts. We are looking for someone who has extensive Account Management experience working with pharmaceutical clients and a proven track record of delivering large global projects across multiple accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the client within the SOW, running client health checks and service reviews, and contributing to Quarterly Business Reviews. You will partner with the project management team to ensure successful delivery of projects within time, budget, and scope and will influence the client with regards to their marketing strategy.
We are looking for a strong leader who can manage a team and is accountable for client deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and financial/budget management experience. You will be able to identify opportunities to grow accounts through cross-sell and up-sell and be knowledgeable about marketing principles and integrated communications.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organization. You will have senior stakeholder management experience and be a strong communicator/
