Overview

Job Purpose and Summary

• Warmly welcoming, greeting, and guiding visitors at the reception.

What we give

• Responding to, screening, and appropriately redirecting incoming phone calls.
• Receiving, sorting, and managing daily emails and cargo processes.
• Handling travel arrangements, including booking flights, reserving hotels, and managing visa procedures for both the management team and regional visitors.
• Coordinating, reporting and managing administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations
• Maintaining and tracking the vehicle fleet.

What we ask

• Senior students or new graduates who are interested in an experience in Canon.
• Able to work 4-5 days in a week.
• Good command of English.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
