Title: Barista – Monday to Friday!

Location: BaxterStorey, flagship location in Kings Cross

Salary: £13.85 per hour

Mon to Fri role (office hours)

We’re looking for a Barista to join our fun and friendly team in the heart of King’s Cross’ newly regenerated estate in a beautiful flagship location. On a daily basis you’ll be serving coffee to 500 staff members within the head office of a global music company, and also support with food service in our restaurant. We’re looking for a confident Barista who’s got a minimum 1 year experience, you don’t need to be an expert in latte art but basic hearts etc. would be great!

You’ll need to be a team player, great with customers, organised and efficient, have great timing and a can-do attitude. If this sounds like you then please apply!

  • Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
  • Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
  • The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
  • Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
  • Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
  • Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed
