Business Services Assistant
£19,312 – £19,698 per annum

At Nottingham City Homes our tenants and customers are at the heart of everything we do and as a Business Services Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting our vision of creating homes and places where people want to live. You will provide a robust and customer focused administration service to our Property department.
Working as part of our Business Services Support team, you will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the team including responding to correspondence, inputting data, accessing computerised information and maintaining accurate and concise manual records. You will also assist in the process of dealing with customer complaints.
We will look to you to take calls and respond to telephone queries from internal and external customers; taking responsibility for action to resolve issues/concerns raised, maintain appropriate computerised systems, update spread sheets for the service area and produce associated statistics and reports as and when required.
You will ideally have knowledge of purchase orders, financial regs, goods receiving and credit notes. Experience working on ROCC, Northgate system would be an added advantage.
