Campus Community Team – Whittingham Road Campus, Halesowen
Halesowen College is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment for all students. The Campus Community Team will play a pivotal role in fostering positive behaviour among students and enhancing the overall campus culture. This role involves daily campus duties, including security assessments, daily patrols of the college estate, reporting student misconduct, and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies.
We are seeking highly motivated, personable and experienced Campus Community team members to work together, setting high expectations of behaviour for your students. You will be driven by results and from seeing positive changes and impacts that this role and your campus influence will have upon our students, both by providing a safe and secure place for them to study and as a well respected and trusted member of the college team.
The College is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and will undertake an Enhanced DBS, safer recruitment vetting and online checks for all successful candidates.
