Job Purpose and Summary
The Project Manager will own the project management and implementation process for Canon Medical Product, including sales order review, project planning, design/layout, contractor interface, submission of documentation, resource coordination, and issue resolution.

- Act as the primary liaison between Canon Medical and the customer team.
- Supervise the local project team across the region.
- Identify, escalate and resolve issues that might affect customer satisfaction and Canon operational targets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for Canon Medical Diagnostic Imaging.
- Provide constructive feedback to installation teams and contractors.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and report all customer or personal compliance concerns immediately to the appropriate organization.
What we ask
- Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades.
- Construction management background highly desired.
- Experience with large-scale project management requirements, where deadlines where met on or ahead of schedule (e.g., construction, IT, installations).
- Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment.
- Knowledge and experience with the healthcare industry and Canon products.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Proficient with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio).
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Six Sigma certification and/or experience in Lean methodology.
- Complete all planned Compliance (Quality, EHS, etc) training within the defined deadlines.
