BaxterStorey is looking for an exceptional Catering Manager to join the team at this prestigious B&I site to deliver a 5* service to the executive floors, onsite meetings, events and a client retail offer.

You will already be in a similar role and have an extremely strong passion for food and delivering excellence.

The role requires someone who is hands on in their approach and has experience managing a team. Along with day-to-day management of the functions, you will oversee the planning, financial aspects, and executions of all catering.

WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:

  • Team Management
  • Planning and execution of hospitality functions and events
  • Health & Safety
  • Food Safety
  • Rota's and Timesheets
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction with all the services provided to them.
  • Preparing daily reports and presenting them to the higher management.
  • Ensure that all standards of food preparation and service are provided in line with client expectations.
  • Inspecting the food and beverage stock level and restock them in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a professional and friendly service is provided to all our customers.
  • Assist in the cleaning and clearing of service areas
  • Use your expertise to help your customers.
  • Make recommendations for methods of improving efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Previous experience within catering/Hospitality/supervising a team
  • Be organised and meticulous.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Ability to prioritise and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Having knowledge of food safety and COSHH would be advantageous.
