Job Purpose and Summary
The Managed Print Services Specialist works as an integral part of the Product business development team. The objective of the position is to enable businesses to reduce costs associated with print, and document processing.
You will interface with our customer, channel partners, internal sales team, partner managers, headquarter. Serving as the expert to internal sales team and channel partners for complex information regarding products, services, software and configurations.

Achieve assigned sales target for Canon products, services and software

Working with and influencing a team of sales professionals

Manages MPS funnel for deals with channel partners and transforms potential leads into joint activities

Prepare the contract calculation for managed print service for bid support team

Ensuring all MPS tools (calculation, offer, technical design) are used on time and MPS policy is reinforces (sf.com, MPS controlling report)

Education, mentoring and guidance to internal sales team and channel partners

Quote Generation

Review all costs, items, configurations, fees, installation, freight charges before submission to Bid Team and before sharing it externally

Align with Presales Team, review and confirm all software licensing, maintenance, and professional services prior to generation

Consider all financing options to support successful project realization

Sale Execution

Check execution progress, ensure MPS is executed as planed though contract duration

Ensure all documents are completed and submitted to relevant stake holders

Work with partner manager and order management to ensure orders are placed,processed, and shipped correctly

Escalate backordered equipment orders when required

Reporting
-
Prepare all required reports for HQ and management.

Review account to provide further analysis (KPIs, customer satisfaction, upsell possibilities).What we ask

Minimum 3+ years selling experience at end user account or partner level

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in office tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM. Salesforce knowledge is advantage
