Job Purpose and Summary
To grow sales of Canon core products and exploit Office Imaging and Solutions opportunities by thorough Account Management and extensive utilization of Salesforce.com.
What we give
Role:
- To develop, maintain and implement account plans for specified user and new business accounts, to include targeting top accounts and new business opportunities
- To deliver the agreed profitability, growth and services contribution of the relevant accounts primarily through hardware sales
- Manage the internal resources needed to enable successful business development within specified user accounts
- Develop & maintain a thorough products-based understanding to enable successful business development within specified accounts
- Ensure records are maintained (including a calendar) of account buying processes, policies & buying cycles
- Ensure that existing contracts are managed to the optimum levels
- Provide accurate forecasting & pipeline review through SFDC
- Provide regular progress reviews with Sales Manager & Head of Sales.
Tasks:
- Arranging face to face meetings with all existing customer in line with Kpi’s
- Target new business customers through mutli layered communication in order to achieve pertinent data to be recorded in SFDC
- Ensure all core KPI’s are achieved (Rev, Solutions, GM)
- Regular updates of SFDC to ensure progress of accounts
- Accurate and timely forecasting
What we ask
- Customer facing experience with some sales background
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Mathematical and analytical thinking
- Sound knowledge or interest of IT tools and/or technology
- Knowledge MS Office
- Valid UAE driving license
- English (required) and Arabic (preferable)
