Nature of role:
Working at a stadium attributed to one of London’s most prestigious football clubs, providing catering & hospitality for both the acclaimed Women’s team & development teams. As the Chef you will be responsible for ensuring all dishes are produced and served in accordance with Levy’s food safety management system, along with complying to health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
This role is hands on, requiring a positive attitude with an attention for detail.
Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen
To oversee the culinary element of all retail units at the stadium on match days
To produce menus and dishes for hospitality areas on both matchday & non match day.
On line purchasing system, working closely with our purchasing team and site operational manager.
Improving sales and footfall with seasonal on trend menus
Producing menus and new dishes with specification, recipe and costing cards. Menus to be in line with Levy’s vision and ethos on food. Seasonal. Sustainable. Locally sourced where possible
Working along side both teams support network, their nutritionist to ensure pre and post-match meals meet their nutritional requirement along with any dietary requirements individual players may have.
Manage costs in line with approved budget
