We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist willing to express his/her potential as value-added contributor. In this role you will be in charge of the preparation of all the documentation related to the management of the employment relationship supporting the HR Team in the administrative activities in line with the local legislation and with the company standards. You will also cooperate to the implementation of the strategic HR projects satisfying your colleagues expectations to get an extraordinary employee experience. What we give
Your key responsibilities will be:
- to prepare documents related to the employment relationship in the HR Admin area
- to assure HR database update and data quality for the HR Admin/Payroll area
- to support the HR Business Partners in the day by day processes
- to support the implementation of the strategic HR projects
- to support data collection for reporting activities toward EMEA
What we ask
- Educational background: university degree appreciated but not a key requisite;
- Minimum 3 years experienced in similar role in an international context;
- Native in Italian/Fluent in English;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of the basic labour rules (the knowledge of the Commercial National Labour Contract will be a plus).
