Commercial Analyst (Full or Part Time)
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid) – 50% off working week in office
Annual salary + bonus and benefits

We’re
looking for a Commercial Analyst, either full or part time to join our Owner’s
Commercial team. Taking responsibility for billing and budget calculations, you
will manage performance analysis that drives strategic decisions. You’ll also
benchmark against competitors and assist with promotional pricing.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
– Maintaining site fee inflation model and site fee budget model, communicating site fee changes to parks
– Ensuring caravan pricing remains accurate and in line with the caravan pricing strategy
– Assisting with budget planning through the annual pitch strategy planning process
– Reviewing rate of sale of new customers versus site fee by area of park
– Regular reporting to stakeholders, including quarterly pitch strategy days

What we’d like you to bring:
– Excellent numerical and analytical skills, including Excel
– Experience in a commercial or data role
– Familiarity with data visualisation
– Excellent communication skills, you will be working cross-functionally
– The ability to derive insight from data
– A curious mind with the ability to suggest improvements to existing processes
