Portico are currently recruiting for a Community Manager to open a new operation overseeing flexible office suites and events space in the heart of the city.

The Community Manager will be responsible for providing onsite support for all customers within the space, making them the heartbeat of the operation! The key focuses of the role will be customer relationship, supply chain, and compliance management, as well as community engagement. 

The Community Manager will also need to build excellent working relationships with all colleagues and other service providers on site to ensure that a seamless experience is provided to everyone using the space. 

This position reports to the on-site Events Manager, covering the role in their absence.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, from Mon-Fri. Shifts are predominantly from 8am-5pm, with flexibility required from time to time.
Salary: £35,000 per year.

The ideal candidate for the Community Manager role will have excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills. They will need to work well within a busy, team-orientated environment with a natural ability to evaluate priorities, implement efficiencies and coordinate different departments and services to deliver an exceptional and seamless experience for our customers. 

They will be technically capable, with the ability to understand and work with the variety of AV equipment and software applications that support the workspaces and our customers. 

They will be a self-starter who is keen to share ideas and innovations to support the growth of the flexible office solution and bring them to fruition. 

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar type of role and consider themselves a specialist in customer experience management, with a proven track record of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction.
