Corporate Pricing Analyst –

We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Corporate Pricing Analyst
The Corporate Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end bid sourcing and pricing process.
They will be responsible for obtaining vendor quotes from multiple sources and analysing this data to support the creation of bid proposals in response to customer quotes.
Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive competitive Bid Proposal that is supported by valid Vendor Quotes and loaded onto Incora’s internal systems.
- Present bid proposal details to senior management, covering aspects such as cash flow, investment, risk, profit margin, and return on investment.
- Handle large datasets in Excel and utilize various reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Support the handover of new contracts to the relevant departments.
- Continuously enhance your product and commodity knowledge.
- Coordinate pricing for large customer product lists from approved sources.
- Assist in developing the vendor base, and scoping potential vendor capabilities, whilst identifying potential new vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or significant demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Experience of working in a commercial environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to negotiate and influence others to achieve the best outcomes for Incora.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret, manipulate, and report on large datasets using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to present to internal and external stakeholders as required to update progress on projects.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of French or German will be an additional asset
