This is a hybrid role, requiring 2/3 days per week in our Heathrow Approach (SL3 8DY) office.

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Credit & Collections Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of customer interactions, helping to resolve queries, maintain strong relationships, and ensure a smooth billing experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers by managing outstanding invoices and ensuring their accounts are up to date.
- Working collaboratively with sales, finance, and customer success teams to resolve queries and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Handling disputes, negotiating resolutions, or escalating when necessary.
- Providing updates on key accounts to stakeholders, contributing to cash flow management.
- Building relationships with internal and external customers to ensure a positive and solution-focused approach.
- Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Maintaining performance metrics in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and ensuring positive customer outcomes.

What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for individuals with strong customer service skills who are eager to learn and grow. If you have experience in customer success, account management, or collections, we’d love to hear from you!
- Confident, persuasive, and clear communicator.
- Able to build relationships with both customers and internal teams.
- Well-organised, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple workstreams to tight deadlines.
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) would be a bonus.
Credit control experience is beneficial but not essential. If you have customer service or customer-facing experience and are keen to develop your skills, we’ll provide the necessary training to help you succeed in this role.
