Overview

We have an opportunity for a dynamic customer migrations representation to work within the customer migrations team.

 

The successful candidate will manage the end of end customer experience of migrating from a legacy product to the new SAAS solutions. You will be responsible for managing this group of customers and will be organised and structured in your approach achieving this.   Your targets will be bases on both revenue retention and growth

 

Ensuring we retain and grow the revenue associated with these customers.

 

Providing support as needed to the customer base, to ensure the clients derive the maximum value from the IRIS offerings.

 

  • Engaging through inbound and outbound communication with existing IRIS customers to effectively manage product migrations. 
  • Proactively engaging with customers and selling the benefits of IRIS’ product portfolio.
  • Providing weekly reports to the migration’s manager
  • Selling additional products when agreeing migration
  • Generating effective lead generation and referral business

Working collaboratively within commercial team and wider teams.
