Customer Program Manager – Wroclaw

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join us as Customer Program Manager
We offer you a great experience of working for the leading global aerospace and defence supply chain provider.
The Customer Program Manager is responsible for managing specific Customer Operations, providing the interface between the contracted customer and Incora, and balancing the fulfillment of customer service with the achievement of Incora’s business goals.
Responsibilities
• To build, maintain and continually improve the relationships with the Customer and internal stakeholders.
• To manage customer demands to include, but not limited to: Usage Reviews, forecasting, additions to Contracts, deletions from Contracts, Claims & Liabilities.
• To manage the Customer’s order book.
• To lead Continuous Improvement activities within Incora and at Customer locations that deliver benefits to Customer Operations performance.
• To support the compilation of sales budgets for specific Customer Operations.
• To identify opportunities for new business within existing customer relationships.
• To support as appropriate Customer Operation Implementations and Closures.
• Regularly review the operational performance of the contract with the Customer and with internal stakeholders.
About You
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant experience.
• Experience in Customer Account/Customer Support/Relationship Management role
• Project management experience – nice to have.
• Good MS Office skills, particularly with Excel (vlookups, pivots).
• Ability to work independently and set priorities.
• Very good communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English (at least C1 level).
• The ability to communicate in German will be an additional asset.
