Act as the Customer Service Coordinator for Burberry Mill.


•    Sales order processing – linking product agreement
•    Maintain accurate dates sales orders
•    Vendor communication – order confirmations Deliver Notes to vendors
•    Vendor communication – ensure customers are informed of delays 
•    Vendor communication – managing customer complaints and feedback
•    Manage cloth excess & reporting
•    Sales invoice enquires
•    Liaising with warehouse
•    Produce and maintain KPI reports


  • Previous experience working within a customer service role
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy 
  • Fluent in Italian
  • Highly Motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach to tasks
  • Able to use own initiative 
  • Prioritise and manage workload
  • Adaptable and Flexible
  • Willing to embrace change
