Salary: £12.6 per hour plus £2.50 per hour HCLA on contracted hours
Shift hours: Permanent
We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Department Allocator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

- Despatch, collect and compile relevant information.
- Minute taking at formal meetings
- Photocopying, typing and general filing.
- Collate statistical information.
- Answer telephone, deal with enquiries and take message in polite and professional manner.
- Keeps records as necessary.
- Compile, audit and cleanse employee personal files as directed.
- Identify and develop opportunities, through initiative ideas and creative thinking – being proactive.
- Perform any duties as requested appropriate to the needs of the business.
- Preparing weekly rota for portering department
- Entering rota to Ourtime system
- Looking after holidays requests

To possess good communication skills both written and verbal and listening skills.
Ability to deal with and communicate with a wide variety of people.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise work using own initiative, most of which is routine but regularly interrupted by demands of other staff.
- To possess knowledge of word processing packages and administrative systems to enable development of these within own role.
- Experience in working as part of a team to ensure that service delivery is maintained.
- To have good keyboard skills and eye to detail.
