We are looking for a full time Destination Host to join our brand-new team, based in a shopping centre in the heart of Poole!
The shopping centre is home to a fantastic selection of leading high street brands and independent, specialist retailers. Shoppers have access to over 80 stores which offer the very best in fashion, lifestyle, gifts and homewares.
The centre is a destination that is part of the community and their lifestyle. The Destination Host will play a key role in this by developing a deep understanding of the centre’s occupiers and customers, building meaningful relationships, and creating an environment that feels like a second home!
Hours: 40 hours per week covering a 7 day operation, 9am-5:30pm 5 days out of 7.
Salary: £24,926 per year
- You will be mobile, visible, recognisable, and most importantly a people person! Interact and engage with everyone in the space and be known as the go to person.
- You will have the chance to show your caring side by introducing new market-stall traders to the centre, conducting familiarisation tours and overseeing their health & safety by ensuring all paperwork is in place.
- You must have a one team, one dream approach to collaborate with the facility providers such as cleaning, security, and maintenance, upholding a fantastic experience for all visitors
