Our on-site team provide a comprehensive reprographics service to all service users via e-mail or face to face walk in submissions, supporting high volume, quick turnaround, within a demanding working environment, supporting a number of buildings located in the surrounding area, so this role requires an individual to provide a high-quality service, formed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) we have with our client, working and meeting deadlines in line with the customer’s print and document specifications.

What we ask
- You will demonstrate pride and professionalism in all facets of customer service, and be accountable for your work produced on site.
- You will ensure that all required records are completed and maintained, and provided upon request to customers and/or the management team including job volume information.
- Supporting the FTE Team member, you will support the introduction of service enhancements and developments and will respond to customer requests, enquiries and complaints in a prompt and efficient manner, providing product and process related information whilst meeting demands pro-actively where possible.
- Using your excellent communication skills, you will communicate with customers consistently and will have the confidence by asking, to understand their needs as well as promote the services being offered.
- Having a flexible approach to work, you may be asked to undertake any reasonable ad hoc duties as requested by FTE Team member or Senior Management.
- You will inform the FTE Team member if overall workload and completion of key work is unachievable.
- You will ensure you produce work of a high quality and is accurate.
- Excellent time management skills will be used, as you plan and prioritise workloads, consider the technical and delivery requirements, to maximise the department productivity.
- Monitor stock levels of consumables and advise relevant person to ensure required stock levels are maintained.
Working Monday – Friday
22.5 hours a week (4.5 hours a day), within a 08.00 – 18.00 daily operational hours.
