We are looking for temporary replacement of our team member who will have maternity leave.

Role & Department

We are looking for an EMEA Insurance & Administrator Coordinator who will act as a temporary maternity cover in the Trade Legal and Insurance Department. Your role will be to operate any insurance administrative tasks for the Canon EMEA region ranging from handling various issues or insurance claims related to international goods flows such as the inbound shipment from Asia to EMEA warehouse or the outbound shipment from EMEA warehouse to the customers in principle. You will be responsible for using the Insurance data base and Canon’s system and aligning with Insurance Brokers, Insurers and Canon Internal employees to collect information and documents and to conduct the communication to be able to complete the insurance claim handling. As a new team member you will take responsibility and perform the day-to-day operational functions of Insurance claim handling and administration.

  • Insurance claim handling;
  • Invoice handling for any insurance tasks;
  • Inter company recharge handling of premiums and claim amounts;
  • Monitoring Insurance System & Data base;
  • Efficient & Proper communication with Insurance Brokers & Insurers.

  • Good communication skills and the capability of collaborating with internal and external partners;
  • An excellent sense of teamwork;
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English;
  • Sufficient knowledge of MS Office; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Organization skills as you will need to set meetings with the meeting internal and external stakeholders;
  • To ability to act as a support for all types of administrative tasks in our departments.
