Look no further, we, the leading foodservice and hospitality provider across the Island of Ireland, are looking for a General Manager to join our talented team on a full time, permanent basis working 40 hours per week. 
 
Based in a large manufacturing site , in the greater Dublin area the General Manager, will be responsible for the overall management of food services to our client’s employees.  The foodservice operation consists of 3 restaurants and hospitality, and includes night and weekend services.  This is a senior role in a busy, and flourishing contract where the GM will be responsible for leading at team of 100+.
 
Responsible for the management, development and growth of all team members. Ensure your contract is compliant and run commercially in line with budgets and agreements.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with implementing Strategy of growth & retention for the contract through building client relationships  
  • Deliver on agreed Annual budgets, through leadership and support for Managers. 
  • Review Unit and contract performance, identify improvements, and ensure contract compliance to exceed client expectations.
  • Identify the different customer requirements through analysing trends in their feedback and plan the appropriate offering to deliver customer satisfaction. 
  • Communicate strategy to Management team and ensure that improvements are implemented to maximise performance and customer satisfaction. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including strategic client relationships.
  • Ensure Action plans are completed following client satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure all client hospitality is delivered to the correct standard and look to up sell to increase revenue.
  • Analyse and effectively manage all in unit costs.
  • Ensure all food wastage is recorded and minimised.
  • Manage labour within budget
  • Analyse and effectively manage all in unit costs.
  • Produce and utilise succession plan.
  • Ensure everyone is trained and adheres to all H&S and FS policies.
 
About You: 
Who you are: 
  • Minimum of 5 years Senior management experience leading and inspiring large teams to deliver results. 
  • Large Contract Catering or Muli-Unit Retail or High-Volume F&B management experience 
  • Experience of managing P&L and budget achievement
  • Customer focused, quality driven with high standards
  • Led the implementation of change programmes to deliver operational benefits.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Managed senior-level third party relationships 
  • Proven track record of delivery against KPI’s 
  • Proficient in the use of IT packages including, Microsoft Office, E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
