This unique opportunity is situated within the brand-new viewing platform on the 58th Floor of one of the most iconic buildings in London…We are on the lookout for a Guest Services Supervisor to open this brand new London Attraction! 

Working alongside the Guest Services Manager, the Guest Services Supervisor will be responsible for the ticketing system. As well as overseeing the visitor journey, supervising, motivating, and developing a team of 13 Welcome Hosts, to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service to go along with the exceptional views!  They will also need to create and cultivate excellent working relationships with those in all service lines to ensure that the service provided by the venue is seamless.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week on an 8-hour shift basis, Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 and Saturday 10:00- 17:00 & Sunday 10:00-16:00. Covering a 7-day operation and including Bank Holidays.  

Salary: £35,000

Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience of supervising the delivery of outstanding service within a busy public space or fast-paced venue environment. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, and Visitor Attraction experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of using a ticketing system.
