- Lead the team and ensure the company’s reputation for food quality is maintained at all times.
- Lead the preparation , planning, creativity and cooking of our weekly menu
- Manage the development and planning of menus for the future
- Responsible for weekly stock taking & managing the kitchen finances
- Carry out the smooth and efficient running of the service as appropriate.
- Work with executive chef to innovate, create & have fun with food!
