Head of Sales – The Venues Collection

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to be responsible for the leadership, management and performance of sales within the Venues Collection.

More about the role
  • This is a Mobile Worker role. You will be required to work at any of our 5 venues, work from home and be out at appointments. (Company car provided)
  • Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take responsibility for the achievement of the revenue target by creating and owning a cohesive, pro-active, Sales and Marketing plan.
  • In this role, you will build long term, profitable client relationships with our top accounts to enable account revenue growth and retention.
  • Identify and grow new accounts.
  • You will be responsible for working with the marketing team to deliver the sales, marketing and communications plan.
  • Also, representing the Venues Collection at Industry Events.

 

Who you are

  • Proven experience in a senior sales management position, within a multi-site operation, in the UK Hotel sector. 
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Expert negotiator and highly motivated to achieve sales.
  • Confident at building relationships across all stakeholder levels.
  • Experience of positively and effectively managing a team, operating at a senior level and contributing to overall leadership team activity.
