If so, this could be the perfect role for you…
Here at P3 we are passionate about delivering personalised long-term and non-judgemental support. We know hoarding is a complex and not well understood behaviour which, if left unsupported, can affect someone’s mental health and wellbeing. Our Hoarding Service focuses on supporting people who are struggling to manage their homes with the aim of empowering the people we work alongside to take control and improve their lives.
As a Hoarding Home Coach you will assist people to access wider services while offering the practical support needed to reorganise their homes, improve their daily living skills and their mental and physical wellbeing.
You will be provided with full training but it’s important to be friendly, proactive, positive, approachable and non-judgemental. You will also need to have the ability to make on the spot decisions and be ready to sometimes deal with challenging situations.
