To support the growth of our business, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead our digital health solutions across Germany. Working with a team of passionate, innovative sales and medical professionals, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships, shaping our sales strategy and closing deals. The Role

  • Leverage existing warm leads to establish rapport and drive sales.

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through market research, networking and lead generation as needed.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including healthcare providers and health insurers.

  • Conduct engaging (digital) product presentations to potential clients.

  • Advocate and represent Oviva, showing a deep understanding of our services and articulating our value proposition and benefits.

  • Identify trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement, and implement actions as needed.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Clinical and Market Access.

What are we looking for you to bring

  • Proven track record in sales within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong ability to effectively convert warm leads into clients.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Adaptable to evolving market trends and willingness to continuously learn.

  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to understand client needs and build strong relationships.
