Job Purpose and Summary
As an IT Local Support Professional you will provide IT technical support to the business via the IT Service Support department which includes successful fault resolution on laptops, desktops and ensuring services are provided within agreed SLA’s. In this role you will act as a 2nd level technical support escalation point to the IT Management team and provide advice and guidance on technical issues to Canon staff.

What we ask
As an IT Local Support Professional you will need:
- 1 to 5 years of work experience in a technical support type of role
- A good understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10/11)
- Knowledge on Networking technologies and PC technology, such as WLAN/Cisco switches and patching cabinets.
- Familiarity with laptop/desktop applications, such as Office 365 and ticketing systems
- You write and speak the English language fluently – an additional language is preferable (Dutch language skills are NOT a must)
- Communication & interpersonal skills – collaborates with others to achieve a common goal. Is supportive and flexible and shows empathy and understanding.
