Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 – 1600

This role will be based at a luxury residential development located in Birmingham. The development contains 420 residential apartments and benefits from an on-site gym, pool, sauna, steam room, residents lounge and cinema. The development is a short walk from Birmingham’s Snow Hill train station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Maintenance Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:
- Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, this includes tasks like changing light bulbs, repairing items, clearing drains and keeping the environment safe and clean.
- Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
