How You'll CREATE:

Manager, Commercial Responsibilities:

• Negotiating and overseeing execution of new commercial deals and/or business development opportunities with Latin repertoire.

• Responsible for identifying new opportunities for Latin repertoire within niche, specialized and/or emerging sectors of the industry.

• Establish & maintain relationships with traditional sales partners & brands.

• Oversee physical product logistics, follow-up, sales reporting, and related operations.

• Optimizing physical sales channels.

• Providing support on ad-hoc projects & analysis based on business needs.

Bring Your VIBE:

• 3+ years of experience in music industry working in sales and/or business development.

• College degree preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize and analyze data and draw actionable conclusions.

• Ability to work in a team and interact with multiple departments across the company.

• Attention to detail and the ability to track and follow through on multiple projects to completion.

• Strong communicator with solid written presentation and communication skills.

• Must be tech savvy with deep understanding of current & forthcoming technologies and general music industry trends.

• Bilingual, English/Spanish fluency.

• Passionate about Latin music.

• Proven business development and relationship management track record

• Experience working with digital and physical retail distribution is a plus.

• Any experience in negotiating deals with brands is also a plus.

• Strategic mindset and a self-starter attitude.
