This role will deliver within all sectors insights and innovation pipeline to drive client and consumer growth. Discover, test and incubate innovation for all sectors, provide expertise and manage insights activity for all sectors and provide input to our Digital team for future digital initiative requirements.

Manage programme of test and learn to deliver new concepts, customer propositions and customer facing innovation to the business with operational and financial rigour – support marketing exec in implementation, tracking and reporting

Create format for and track ongoing financial, customer, and operational metrics of POC / trials for collation and monthly reporting

Create template for and manage case studies for all POC / trials

Manage day to day communications with external partners, including bridging with internal comms team and ensuring internal and external comms opportunities are maximised

Create and manage database of insights sources, attend relevant events and provide content for marketing exec to manage insights channel for the marketing team and the business

Act as conduit for pipeline content related to CSR / sustainability, partnering with the CR team

We are seeking candidates with the following attributes;

  1. 3+ years plus experience within marketing / insights
  2. Experience in leading the creation and execution of multi channel communication programmes, digital and CRM  
  3. Proven stakeholder management  
  4. Collaborative approach with an ability to demonstrate successful campaign management  
  5. Strong people management skills able to create high performing teams 
  6. Data Driven, commercially literate 
  7. Evidence of leading and participating in cross functional collaboration  
  8. Pragmatic and comfortable with ambiguity
