To support the growth of our business, we are seeking a Medical Science Liaison to spearhead our digital health solutions across Germany. Working with a team of passionate, innovative sales and medical professionals, you will play a pivotal role in bridging Oviva with the medical community. This is a full-time, permanent position open to candidates located in Germany. We understand that work-life balance is important and that’s why we provide flexible and remote working, we also have an office located in central Berlin for those who prefer a hybrid approach.

The Role

  • Leverage existing warm leads to establish rapport with medical professionals across Germany

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through market research, networking and lead generation as needed.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including healthcare providers and health insurers.

  • Conduct engaging (digital) product presentations to potential clients.

  • Advocate and represent Oviva, providing medical and scientific understanding and information on our services.

  • Identify trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement, and implement actions as needed.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Clinical and Market Access.

What are we looking for you to bring

  • A degree in a medical or scientific field

  • Proven track record in a similar role within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.

  • Adaptable to evolving market trends and willingness to continuously learn.

  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
