An opportunity has arisen working within a key Canon customer site for an onsite operative. The onsite operative is the first level responder for the proactive and reactive management of the devices within the customer estate, Working closely with the Client Services Manager, a team of engineers and print support specialist. Being the face of Canon, you will have the opportunity to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders and really make a difference to the operational performance of our devices, for which you’ll be rewarded through a variable pay package. As the onsite operative you will support the engineering team with the daily operations of the managed print & document services provision and be responsible for the management of all consumables ensuring prompt delivery.
While building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the client, you will also be responsible for supporting the Client Services Manager and his team with delivering of items around various customer sites and performing preventive maintenance checks on Canon hardware.

You will also be able to use your own initiative, pick new things up quickly and have the confidence to highlight areas of concern.
The onsite operative will need:
– Full UK driving license.
– Have the ability to lift boxes with a weight of up to 25kg
– Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
– Excellent Communication Skills ( Verbal & Written)
