Onsite Representative – Austin

We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as an Onsite Representative

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

The Onsite Representative is accountable, Gas/Chem Handlers: Responsible for receipt, storage, staging, delivery packaging of returns and movement of gas, chemical, and slurry. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Load and unload inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks. Storage areas, and production areas.
  • Inspect and verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries. Verify temperature control was maintained during transit and security procedures were followed. Place all non-conforming items into quarantine and escalate for review.
  • Manage inventory by identifying and locating the right products during the picking and delivery process.
  • Replenish onsite staging areas located throughout campus using the flatbed truck and forklifts. Room replenishments are based on room minimums and maximums and vary depending on the chemical.
  • Re-palletize material received on wooden pallets with cardboard by placing them on poly pallets and shrink-wrapping them for delivery to the Fab consumption points.
  • Package, process, and return empty and full materials as required.
  • Use mobile scanners to timely and accurately complete inventory transactions. These transactions occur when receiving materials, staging material at the point of use, and when the material is returned to the offsite warehouse.
  • Operate various machinery including pallet jacks, stackers and forklifts to handle materials and inventory.

About you

Educated to National Vocational Level (NVQ) or equivalent (EU)

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics is preferred, or equivalent business or Information Technology experience

· Minor studies in Information Technology is a plus Experience

· Must have 2-4 years of business or I.T. experience

· Demonstrated experience working as a collaborative team member, within a multi-discipline environment

· Proven ability to perform root cause analysis to discover the real causes to reported problems, enabling stakeholder awareness and understanding to drive successful outcomes
