The Pantry Supervisor will work with the Manager to take responsibility for the onsite team to ensure

they provide an efficient, effective and consistent service to customers and clients. Ensure

management of rotas and full control of stock items.

Day to Day Role Duties

● Support management and take ownership of the pantry experience

● Set an expectation of hospitality that is friendly and engaging

● Ensure that all daily orders and offerings are processed, and fulfilled to expectations

● Receive stock, store and check for quality and quantity, ensuring that all stock is dated and rotated

● Ensure all Pantry kitchen areas are adequately stocked at all times and the expected look and feel maintained

● Ensure all food waste are minimised, recorded and where possible re-used

● Train, develop and schedule the team and is actively involved in the development of existing team members in

customer service techniques, policies and procedures

● Support the Manager with conducting all employee reviews, coaching sessions and disciplinary

actions in a professional and timely manner

● Ensure uncompromising standards of cleanliness, creating a safe workplace

● Promote a culture of Food and Workplace Safety

● Perform any other reasonable duties as required by your manager

Customer and Client Satisfaction

● Embrace and deliver all aspects of the Client Food Program to an exceptional standard

● Work with others to ensure that client and consumer expectations are understood and exceeded

● Promote the Food Program to our Client engaging with them through our food choices, displays,

space designs while acting as a Compass Advocate at all times

● Be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues


Key skills required
