As our People Operations Manager you will ensure the recruitment and induction of new starters is a smooth process and taking particular responsibility for the administration process. Assisting in the best possible quality of staff are booked for work, you will take an active involvement in staff check in and out, assist with the planning and post event breakdown and support all conferences and bookings as required.
You will manage the operational personnel function, ensuring that a consistent level of trained individuals are available to meet the event requirements, delivering excellent customer service to the agreed standards and within financial targets.
Lead in the recruitment of a passionate and innovative people whilst recognising the value of the service team, taking responsibility for the continual development of your employees.
You will deliver stakeholder and staff communication throughout the business, ensuring the sharing of best practice and creativity through an approachable manner.
Building relationships with Edinburgh Staffing agencies agreeing standards and ensuring agency staff are trained to the required level is paramount to this role.
It will be your responsibility to produce accurate forecasts, deal with payroll queries and prepare staffing schedules.
