The People Operations Manager will take ownership of the successful recruitment, retention, development and administration of the fixed and variable management, chefs and staff within the Aviva Stadium.
Firstly, it will be based in one of the Republic of Ireland’s leading sporting stadiums, which hosts a wide range of sporting and music events, including conferences, meetings, exhibitions and gala dinners, providing a top-class experience to customers, players and well, just everyone!
With a match day capacity of 52,000 and conference capacity of up to 1,200, visitors reach over a million per year, imagine not wanting to be part of this atmosphere daily?! It’s a people person’s dream really.
The People Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the 1200 team members required for a match day are energised and enthused to provide a best in class experience for all guests.
This role is all about our people – a positive attitude and friendly approach is essential!
Experience can come from different sectors! It could be hotels, retail or music venues, it really doesn’t matter to us. What we are looking for is someone with a recruitment background at volume and a proven track record in people management.
It would be ideal if you have knowledge of Irish employment law and preferably have qualifications in HR.
