We are currently recruiting for a Project Management Coordinator to join our team. The main focus of this role will be to support our Estates Department with NCG property environmental reviews, audits, customer services and project development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To liaise with the department’s client base, (local operational management teams and third-party service providers). Enhancing the relationship and providing the personal touch to the departments function
  • Drive customer focused Facilities & Estates service delivery across the estate’s portfolio.
  • Supervise construction projects across whole estates portfolio.
  • Provide the means of ensuring the quality of our Contractor’s / departmental service delivery by completing audits and reporting on quality and safety.
  • Supervising and coordinating refurbishments and renovation projects.
  • Completing critical asset surveys and ensuring correct planned preventative maintenance regimes / contracts are in place to prolong the life expectancy of key assets.
  • Proposing and supervising NCG third party contractors.
  • Reviewing properties to Ensure they meet health and safety and energy efficiency standards.
  • Ensuring that quality standards are met regarding all compliance, planned and preventative maintenance records.
  • Reviewing regulatory compliance in relation to property inspections and associated works.
  • Supervise on-site maintenance staff, providing documented process in relation to PPM schedules and daily task completion.
  • Providing detailed property related reports and updates to Head of Estates and NCG Helpdesk.
  • Compare costs for various services and goods before choosing the best options for the facility.
  • Ensure our services remain an environmentally safe place to live for the people we support.
  • To react quickly to unplanned problems and trouble shoot to understand route cause and prevent re-occurrences.
  • Ensure National Care Group’s vision and values are always adhered to.

To apply for this positions you must have:

  • Experience within Facilities or conveyancing. 
  • CDM (Client) experience.
  • Demonstrable success in delivering renovation or construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Project supervision and project lead experience.
  • Commercial awareness (Construction, compliance & Facilities)
  • Full clean U.K driving license. (Expected mileage of 25,000 per year)
