REACH Compliance Specialist –

We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a REACH Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

As a REACH Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that Incora is compliant to chemical regulations. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring REACH registration dossiers are completed when required
  • Generating relevant reports and analysing inventory to identify risk
  • Forming and executing a plan to mitigate risks
  • Communicating with suppliers to ensure registrations are in place
  • Ensuring REACH authorisations are in place and items are sold in compliance with the authorisations held
  • Supporting internal and external compliance requests
  • Ensuring compliance with other relevant regulations, which include: CLP, POP, PIC, F-gas, ODS, Explosive precursors, CWC, Drug Precursors, and WFD
  • Strategising and planning ways to improve compliance position of Incora

Requirements

  • Science/Chemical Degree or equivalent,
  • Extensive regulatory experience working on REACH,
  • Extensive CLP experience,
  • Other regulatory experience will be an advantage,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
  • Very good command of English – both verbal and written,
  • Good experience working with Microsoft Office – particularly Excel.
