We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our exciting and rapidly expanding HS2 team based in our Head Office in Solihull.
Tarmac are recruiting for a Readymix Administrator for Europe’s largest infrastructure project, HS2. You will be working closely with different teams within Tarmac, providing administrative support to the HS2 distribution and production team.
As the successful candidate, you’ll build and maintain solid working relationships with customers, suppliers and the local team, including hauliers.
You will also work flexibly within the team whilst maintaining consistent rapport and effective working relationships with other team members, plant staff, contract hauliers, suppliers and customers.
You will also need to be flexible regarding working hours. These are 40 hours a week, Mon to Fri. Start times vary between 7 and 8.30am and finish times flex until 5.30pm.
You will be an ambassador for providing great customer service, ideally with administration experience within a fast – paced environment. We can offer full training provided you are a passionate learner. You will also need to be organised with good accuracy and the ability to problem – solve. Finally, you will also be able to demonstrate good communication skills and IT literacy.
