Portico are on the lookout for a strong and passionate Multi-site Team Leader & Events Coordinator who can drive our teams outstanding front of house services across our clients account. 

Our client are global leaders in the financial services industry, offering life insurance, pensions & investment services, who have a large portfolio consisting of more than 10 buildings. 

The London Supervisor will support in managing a team of 11+ Welcome Hosts, as they operate the reception services within multi-occupied buildings across London. They will work with the leadership team overseeing on site services and events, managing absences, working within agreed budgets, and ensuring that the team are motivated to reach their full potential. 

Working Hours: 45 hours per week, as per business needs 
Location: All client specific locations within London & M25, as well as Watford and St Albans
Salary: £31,000

Although the successful candidate will be fully trained across our client’s portfolio so that they can support with absence cover, they will already have experience of managing a team and must be able to provide strong examples that demonstrate an understanding of key leadership behaviours.

A strong Events background is essential for this position. Supervisory experience of a Reception team is also beneficial.

The ability to travel to different locations is also essential for this position.
