We are currently recruiting for a Reception Team Leader (Guest Services Team Leader) on a 9 month mat cover contract, to oversee our Guest Services team in the Bristol offices of a client in the financial services industry!
The role of the Guest Services Team Leader is to effectively provide leadership and direction to a small team of Guest Services Hosts.
You will be the first point of contact for all team members and will use your excellent coaching skills to create and nurture a culture of excellence, leading to the delivery of world class customer service!
The Guest Services Team Leader will be highly visible, as they work closely with the firm’s staff and their clients, as well as other service partners in the business. This means that the successful candidate will be able to build relationships with people at all levels and represent our client as a proud ambassador.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £28,350
The role is hands on, with the Team Leader being involved and supporting all aspects of the services that our team provides. Therefore, it is essential to have an open minded, adaptable, and flexible approach, in an ever changing and evolving business.
The successful candidate will have experience of working at Team Leader level, ideally within a Corporate Reception environment.
