Responsibilities:
- Implement store strategies and ensure flawless execution.
- Manage and motivate a team of Store Managers and Support staff.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics to support performance.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure their implementation.
- Occasionally cover stores due to holidays or sickness.
- Identify growth opportunities and achieve store targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B or retail.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a regional multi-site role.
- Customer and sales-focused.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Reliable, committed, and enthusiastic.
- Willingness to travel almost daily and stay away from home at least three days a week. The region currently includes 12 stores from Northampton in the south to Edinburgh in the north.
