At NCG you will work collaboratively with each of our colleges to co-create a HE experience that is distinctive to the needs of the community it serves, while having qualities of transformative, highly vocational study and a curriculum of compassion.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the implementation of the Research and Scholarly Activity, and Student Partnership and Engagement strategies.

To lead on student engagement within the Fellowship program across NCG.

Working collaboratively with students to produce inhouse publications that showcase student work.

Working with underrepresented groups within NCG to develop student voice and academic attainment.

Developing opportunities for capturing student voice and implementing student led changes which will lead to improvements of the student voice aspect of higher education surveys.

Contributing to the successful development, implementation and evaluation of HE research projects for NCG.

To work with the NCG’s higher education academic staff and students to conduct primary research related to the student experience, access and participation, graduate outcomes, learning and teaching, and student enhancement.

Maintaining records and databases, drafting technical/progress reports and papers.
