This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organization as a Resource planner responsible for the day-to-day planning of the UK Production Engineers.

As our Resource Planner, your key responsibilities and tasks are:
– Dynamically assess resource requirements and allocate resource effectively to meet operational demands and maximise productivity.
– Escalates problem calls, missed SLAs or reporting issues as defined in the procedures.
– Identify & escalate utilisation issues to Service Management to ensure early identification of resource issues to prevent customer disruption.
– Proactively communicate with customers, providing timely updates on the status of their requests and appropriate to the customer type
– Ensure optimal system functionality and resource utilisation by meticulously ensuring housekeeping tasks are completed.
– Ability to triage and identify best fit for allocation of incident to next resolver step.
– Proactive planning of maintenance, modifications, ORS/eMaintenance connections, firmware updates and related activities
– Work closely with teams across the organisation to align operational strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of collabortion and continuous improvement.
– Carries out call dispatch and book off when required and corrects mistakes in visit reporting, ensuring the integrity of the data.
– Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions that drive tangible results.
