Restaurant Manager 
£38000 
This is a hands on role and as a Restaurant Manager at Unity Place, your overall purpose is to help bring to life our shared commitment: – ‘Creating exceptional experiences at Unity Place for tenants, stakeholders and the local community. It is imperative that Unity Place is positioned for success in attracting the desired target audiences to experience the various outlets and event spaces, adding value to all stakeholders within Unity Place and raising the bar on guest experiences within the visitor attraction and workplace sectors.

Can you bring your spark to RA? 
  • The Restaurant Manager will thrive on getting the best out their team and maximising commercial opportunities.
  • Monitor the work of all the staff and carry out appraisals, recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
  • Hold team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets
  • Develop and evolve all guest services, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented.
Our ideal Restaurant Manager
  • Previous restaurant/retail management experience
  • Food Safety Level 3
  • Proven ability to understand GP 
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and hands on approach
  • Shows drive, tenacity and resilience to get things done
  • Ability to demonstrate great organisational skills in a high volume and demanding environment
  • A passion for food and creativity
  • Strong management, development and HR skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to set high standards
