Skipton BuildingSociety has a great opportunity to join it’s growing Systems Developmentdepartment as a Robotics Process Automation Developer (RPA). This role isdedicated to helping the Society become more efficient, more innovative andeasier to interact with. The role is currently remote with the opportunity for flexible working thereafter and  with a salary up to£42,500 for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will workalongside other RPA Developers and Analysts as well as colleagues from acrossthe Society with a collaborative approach, supporting the automation ofprocesses and, in turn, enabling our colleagues to focus on value-addedactivities. As an RPA Developer you will play a key role in contributing to ourSociety strategy and change processes by interpreting requirements, producing estimatesand safely developing and maintaining RPA solutions. Utilising Agilemethodologies, you will be expected to work well under pressure and prioritiseeffectively, balancing risk versus reward and maximising cost effectiveness andprofitability for the Society.

What You’ll Bring

As a passionateinnovator with desire for change, you will have experience of deliveringexcellent customer service across a range of areas and taking a proactiveapproach when considering improvements. You will be open minded to newtechnologies and a strong problem solver.

Yourskills: – Experience in business process and requirements analysis – Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, particularly Agile – Exposure to testing and release management – Working with Cloud solutions (i.e. Azure DevOps)

Technologies: – Kofax Kapow used here at Skipton Building Society – RPA Tools – UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere – Exposure to other programming languages (i.e. T-SQL, PowerShell)
