Job Purpose and Summary
We are currently looking for a Sales Operation Specialist to support our Sales, Marketing and Finance team in daily work with Canon Poland
Imaging Technology and Communication Group
What we give
Generating reports and proposals for the business decisions
Data, information and document gathering and processing to support administration of sales and marketing activities
Data entering to the dedicated IT System (Demantra) and processing the activities
Preparation of reports and analysis for sales department
Investment level monitoring
Contract management of the business partners
Supporting planning and forecasting process
Providing support with other ad hoc projects
What we ask
Relevant experience and/or qualifications
Excellent analytical skills
Very good communication with various stakeholders
Highly organized and structured
Positive/proactive approach
Ability to work at times under pressure
Working experience with Excel and Powerpoint
Good level of English
Fluent Polish
