We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Systems
The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Systems is responsible for overseeing the development and design of complex supply chain-business intelligence systems and guiding and developing the skills of junior analysts within our organization. They are leaders in analytics and ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with business objectives. Specifically, they are experts within the various supply chain systems & software including but not limited to: Qliksense, Kinaxis, and other in-house developed applications.
The Senior Analyst works with primary stakeholders from around the business to create management information, KPI’s and systems to aid in the optimization and efficient running of the supply-chain.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Planning Systems like Kinaxis
- Share knowledge of best practices, business processes, technical architecture, functional and technical design to junior analysts
- Develop supply chain apps and solutions for users in Qliksense
- Responsible for creation/maintenance of data models coming from the various supply chain systems
- Interact closely with subject matter experts (SME) on functional requirements gathering and provide analytics to senior stakeholders
- Report on business performance, areas of improvement, and root cause analysis
- Utilize comprehensive understanding of business processes and supply chain to provide analytical solutions
- Ability to conduct code reviews, identify areas needing improvement, and provide feedback
- Support on escalated requests from senior stakeholders related to analytics, supply chain systems, and root cause analysis
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (equivalent) or, relevant industry experience
- Solid experience in use of SQL or Python
- Experience in use of JIRA and project tracking software
- Experience in use of Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Experience in QlikView or other BI tools
- Experience in use of Power Automate will be an additional advantage
- Fluent use of MS Office applications
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Action oriented and “can-do” attitude
- High-level command of English, both verbal and written
