The Events Fundraising team is looking for a Senior Fundraising Officer to help us meet our ambitions. As a Senior Fundraising Officer, you will lead on delivering a portfolio of third-party events. You will manage end to end fundraising delivery that ensures Mind’s thousands of supporters have an incredible experience.
You will manage two Fundraising Officers and take responsibility for their supervision and development. You will play a pivotal role in the Community & Events Fundraising team reaching and exceeding their target of circa £10.8 million NET income by 2024.
Candidates will have experience of managing Community and Events activities with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets across a wide range of channels and products. You’ll have an understanding and commitment to deliver a memorable fundraising experience through excellent stewardship.
